"I recently sold a property that I had listed with (and bought from) Holly. She worked consistently to market the property. She was successful in lining up two prospects for the sale, and in doing so, was also successful in getting a premium over the asking price. The closing was a long drawn out process due to the buyer's mortgage company. Towards the end, Holly was instrumental in having the buyer's pay an additional sum in order for us to not walk away from the sale.

Because it was a 1031 exchange, I asked Holly to prepare for me a list of potential properties with ertain parameters, in order to close on the property within 48 hours of the sale of the other. The operation went seamless, with Holly lining up the properties and the qualirfied zoning consultants and attorneys that I required for the project.
